Buy the Sunday paper. There are coupon's each Sunday except for Holiday weekends. You can print coupons from smartsource.com, redplum.com, and coupons.com. You will have to download the printer. Also check the manufacture website, some have printables or you can sign up to receive emails with coupons. There are 3 ways to load coupons to your Kroger card shortcuts.com, cellfire.com, and kroger.com. When you check out give the cashier your card and have them scan it first. You can use a paper coupon along with these loadable coupons.
